I got no apology or even inclination that she understood how I felt about them not having what I wanted. First off they had hardly any product on the Shelf. I have been a regular medical patient there for a couple of months now, and because of how it went when I went in today, it will be my last time. Unfortunately so is the quality of their product. The only reason they get to is because their prices are cheap. No, I did not get what I wanted, and customers should never have to argue to try to get you to honor your advertised prices and offers in the first place. Owner, I was quite clear, yet you don't seem to understand: you can't make offers to induce people to make purchases you aren't willing to honor - it's called false advertising. I could have made a scene or demanded my money back, but I decided it wasn't worth it Colorado Harvest Company, this is not how to do retail business, at least, not with me!P.S. He responded that they didn't have any half gram or gram joints and that all they had left were hash joints (while giving me a look that said 'surely you don't expect us to give you one of those for a penny!'). Again, I pointed out that the dispensary was making this offer (on a sign in the entryway, among other places). When I got back my change, I noticed there was an extra penny and my budtender hadn't produced the penny joint, so I inquired he told me they were out of joints. Last week, I came in during the store's happy hour, during which they're supposed to sell a half-gram joint for a penny with another purchase. This was a clear indication of problems, but I kept coming back. When I pointed out that it was advertised at that price, he still didn't want to take responsibility for the mistake I asked for a manager and he told me that everyone there was one, nonetheless, after the intercession of another employee, they sold me the cannabis at the advertised price. On one occasion, I checked their website and went in to purchase cannabis listed at $16 for an eighth, but my budtender told me it was more expensive. I had a friend who used to work for Colorado Harvest Company and their prices are competitive, so I started shopping there. As we walked out the door, she said, ' Do you want my card' (her business card.)I sure did! I will be calling corporate tomorow! She replied to us as we handed over our ID's, ' you don't have to shop here today.' To which my boyfriend said, ' this will be our last time coning here.'She retorted, 'Oh, well, you can get your ID's back because we are not going to serve you!' I was like what? She told us to leave because she wasnt going to allow us to purchase. The receptionist told her we made the leash shorter. As we walked in, the manager (Elissa Bingel) was making slide remarks about us. We made the leash shorter and proceeded inside. We took him outside and tied him up next to the door (at a meter) and before we finished tying him, the receptionist came outside to tell us we had to tie him elsewhere or make the leash shorter. We asked to leave him in the waiting area and they said no. We were told that bc he didnt have his service collar on that he could not come in. Today, my boyfriend and I went in and had our pup with us. The buds were small (it was their lowest shelf strain). After going back and forth with her, we finally came up with 2 strains, a half ounce of each. She said you can show me anything you want on the website you want to but I'm not going to show it to you. The first time the budtender wouldn't show us the strains that we saw on their site. This was partially due to them not having the said strains and partially because she flat out refused to show me the strains.
